PDA Waiver
The PDA Waiver program provides services to eligible persons age 60 or older who are clinically eligible for nursing facility care.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Individuals age 60 or older
- Income limit must be equal or less than 300 percent of the Federal Benefit Rate
- Individuals must have a level of care for a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Resources are $2,000 or less

- Environmental Modifications
- Personal Emergency Response System
- Companion Services
- Extended State Plan Physician Services
- Counseling Services
- Home Support Services

- Attendant Care Services
- Specialized Medical Equipment and Supplies
- Transportation Services
- Transition Services
Cost Sharing:
There is no cost to the consumer for waiver services.
