Aging and Disability Resource Centers
The Administration on Aging and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) launched the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) grant initiative to promote the integration of long-term care information and referral services, benefits and options counseling services, and access to public and privately financed services and benefits for those in need of long-term supports and their families.
The Link to Aging and Disability Resources is designed to be a coordinated network of Core and Collaborative Partner agencies which allows for the consumer to initiate contact with any Link Network partner and, generally speaking, experience the same intake to access information, assistance, and resources.
