Home and Community Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides non-medical, in-home services to individuals throughout Washington, Greene, & Fayette Counties in Pennsylvania.

Regularly assigned full-time and part-time direct care positions are always needed to meet the demands of high quality in-home care.

Substitute staff who are not regularly assigned but who are called to work on short notice are also needed to meet demands when regularly assigned staff are not available to work. A higher rate of pay is paid for specific substitute positions.
