Home & Community Services provides in-home personal care to assist children and adults with disabilities, as well as senior citizens, to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own home and their familiar surroundings. Along with receiving help on personal care routines, creating and maintaining relationships within their community, and learning about all the opportunities offered to them through assistive technology, Home & Community Services provides consumers every advantage available for them to succeed in remaining independent.
