In the News

Home and Community Services hosted their Annual Consumer Advisory Picnic held at the Washington Park Lion's Pavilion on Wednesday, August 24, 2010 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. The sun hid behind the clouds most of the day but everyone in attendance enjoyed great picnic food and desserts, a visit by the Washington County Smoke House, and the social experience of meeting other consumers.

The cooler temperatures allowed everyone to stay and enjoy the conversation and Popcorn Willy's donated a prize basket to add to the festivities. Thank you to all the staff of Home and Community Services that volunteered their time to have such a wonderful day event for their consumers, and to Charlie, for making sure that everyone that wanted to attend was present.
